Head Lettuce from Jonothan Farms
It's enjoyed for its mild flavor and crispness. It's a delicious addition to salads and perfect for lettuce wraps. Store lettuce in the refrigerator's crisper wrapped in a damp paper towel and sealed in a bag. The leaves will absorb moisture from the towel and you can replace it if the leaves become soggy. Iceberg lettuce should keep for four to five days before it begins to wilt.
Russet Potato from Wild Earth Farms
Baking, mashing, or french fries, you name it!
Red Kuri Squash from Wild Earth Farms
A teardrop-shaped winter squash, distinctive due to its radiant orange skin. Rich in flavour, with a sweet hint of smooth chestnut. Try it roasted in a kale salad or pair it with some hot Italian sausage.
Chiogga Beet Bunch from Wild Earth Farms
Sweet and nutritious! Beets are known for roasting and borscht, but they've also been known to sneak their way into a desert or two, lending rich sweetness, minerals and moisture retention! They're packed with minerals and dietary nitrates, which improve oxygen flow through the bloodstream and regulate blood pressure
