Potato Celeriac Mash
Ingredients
8 new potatoes, skin on
2 celeriac, cleaned and peeled
4 tbsp butter
½ cup cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cube both the potatoes and celeriac, making the celeriac half the size of the potato cubes so they cook at the same time. Boil in salted water until fork tender. Drain and return to same pot. Add butter, cream, salt and pepper then mash until smooth and creamy.
