Sweet Swiss Chard Smoothie
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Almond or Oat milk
1 cup firmly packed chard leaves
1 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger,
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Throw all of your ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
