Leeks from Twin River

These awesome alliums are milder than most of their cousins, with a drawn out sweetness that adds depth to many dishes! The white bases can be used in place of most onions, while the green bundle of leaf sheaths can be used as an aromatic to flavour stocks, soups, rice and noodle dishes, or even cooked crisp and eaten themselves (though they're a bit tougher if not cooked thoroughly!)

Ground Cherries from Hearts and Roots

Often likened to a tropical-tasting tomato due to their light, pineapple-y flavour, these can go sweet or savoury! Bake them into a tropical-tomato tart, blend into a sweet salsa, chop into a salad or preserve into a jam! These can really do it all, and they're so fun to eat!

Organic Celery from Blue Lagoon

So much more flavourful than the import stuff, and tastier too! Don't forget to use any leaves that are left to pack in more celery flavour!
