A collaboration between one of our favourite local chefs, Ben Kramer and local brewery Kilter Brewing!

The flavour matches its namesake (borrowed from a flagship brew by Kilter!) uncannily: a sweet and zesty base of mango, carrot and pineapple lays the perfect, fruity foundation for a touch of habanero heat, with onions, garlic and ginger coming in late for savoury support!
