Once you've had this ketchup, the others can't be called ketchup. That's about all that needs to be said.
The steak sauce is capable of much more than its name would admit. Produced in small batches by hand, layers of spice and smoke build over a base of 25% hand-pitted Quebec prunes in each bottle. This sauce would get along just as well with our local chicken or pork chop as it would our grass-fed beef.
