Once thawed, this sausage can be cooked whole on the barbecue, sautéed with peppers and onions, or chopped up for a pasta or veggie bake. It would be great cut up in this dish for Chicken Sausage and Fettuccine with Peas! Bison or Beef Steak (grass fed Beef or Bison) - These steaks come from Swan Lake First Nation. They're minute steaks which are smaller and have a shorter cooking time. They will need to be fully thawed first, then either barbecued or pan fried. After 3-4 minutes, flip and cook the other side. Tent the steak for a few minutes before eating. They can be done with a sauce if you like or just salt and pepper. These steaks could also be sliced thinly for a vegetable stir fry.
