Or try this Warm Corn Chowder Salad wth Bacon and cider vinegar! After frying the bacon, make sure to save the bacon fat in a jar in the fridge! It is the best cooking fat for collards,kale and crispy potatoes! Farmer Sausage, Freely Ranged Pork- This sausage comes from Ian in Argyle, MB! Fry it up in a breakfast hash,  or add it to fresh sorrel and make a traditional Shchavel Borscht! You could also  get italian and make a delicious pasta dish! This recipe for Chunky Sausage and Tomato Pasta is the bees knees! Ground Lamb, Freely Ranged-Grassfed-  brought to you by Spring Creek Farms in Cypress Hill, Cook this on a LOW temperature. This meat is very lean and can dry out fast, so watch your cooking times! I love lamb burgers with greek tzatziki, and micro greens,  Here is a great recipe ! You could also try this Spaghetti with Ground Lamb and Spinach ! It looks AMAZING! Ground Beef, Freely Ranged-Grassfed- Also from Spring Creek Farms in Cypress Hill!  Ground beef is so versatile.  burgers, taco seasoned ground beef, spaghetti and meatballs! Since it's lower in fat, grass-fed beef runs the risk of drying out or becoming overcooked much quicker than grain-fed beef. So you have to  keep the meat moist! Replace the missing fat in grass-fed beef with something juicy and flavorful. Combine it with an ingredient that will keep things moist. Chopped onions, shredded vegetables (like zucchini) or your favourite shredded cheese! Try this saucy  Ground Beef Curry!  or this Bean Free Ground Beef Chocolate Chili Black Beans, Spray free - Hailing from Scotland Farms, these black beans are an Heirloom Variety! You MUST soak them before use. It might seem like a lot of work but literally all you do it add 1 part beans to 3 parts water in a mason jar , and then leave it on the counter overnight while you sleep!  After they are soaked, drain them and add new cooking water to cover. Cook on stove top on medium heat for an hour or until soft.  Black beans scream homemade BURRITO night to me! Taco seasoned Ground beef, black beans,corn,  Guacamole, and cilantro! Perfect. Or, try these Black Beans & Corn Quesadillas !
