For cooking instructions, try this recipe from the Food Network: Pan Seared T-Bone Steak! Pickerel (sustainably harvested)-This pickerel is fished at Bearcat Fisheries near Pukatawagan. Pickerel is in the pike family, also known as walleye, it is a smaller white fish common to Canadian waters. This fish could be fried in butter and herbs, made into fish cakes, herb crusted with lemon, battered, eaten in a sandwich, or fish tacos!
