Chop the ingredients roughly. Then, in your food processor, blend together: 4 tomatillos, husks removed 1/2 white or red onion 2 cloves garlic Juice of 1/2 a lime 2 TBSP cilantro 1 fresh jalapeño, seeded salt and pepper Cover and chill in the fridge until serving!
