Sauteed Radishes

Who says that they have to be raw! Wash radishes well, and quarter. Sautee in butter over medium heat until tender but still crispy (about 5 minutes) Remove from heat and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.


Radish Greens, yes you can eat them!

If you have spray free bunched radishes, you should be eating the greens.  Use them where you would use arugula. As a topping on a home made pizza, In a salad to add a bit of a “bite” Sauteed until wilted with a bit of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
